We offer a 7-day free return service only if the item is torn or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and the damage is clearly visible.

• Photo or video proof of the defect must be provided.
